Laszlo Consulting Group was founded by Berenice Ramirez, an experienced accounting and finance professional with more than 16 years of experience helping businesses strengthen their financial operations.

Berenice holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an MBA and has spent much of her career working directly with business owners and leadership teams in Controller and CFO-level roles. Her experience spans day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, payroll, process improvement, and financial analysis.

Throughout her career, Berenice has seen a common challenge among growing businesses: the business may be successful, but the accounting and financial systems behind it have not always grown at the same pace.
